Jardine Drop-Side Crib Recall

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Jardine is recalling the Capri, Claremont, Hampton, Madison, Olympia, Siera, and Windsor Jardine cribs listed below. We are recalling these cribs because the cribs' drop sides can malfunction, detach or otherwise fail, causing part of the drop side to fall out of position, creating a space into which an infant or toddler can roll and become wedged or entrapped, which can lead to strangulation or suffocation. The cribs were sold nationwide from January 2002 through June 2009.

The purpose of this Web site is to inform consumers affected by the recall about how to obtain your voucher towards the purchase of a new Jardine crib.

To determine if your crib has one of these model numbers, check the inside of the bottom rail of the headboard or footboard for the model and date code. If it does, your crib is included in this recall.
